Very pro-active with items that buyers would request be done before a sale, such as installation of the radon mitigation system and a pre-sale home inspection by a reputable home inspector. This saved time after the offer-to-purchase was written with contingencies as we had already taken care of these items. Mike also made suggestions for improvements that would help with the sale prior to listing.
Not only was Mike the most knowledgeable realtor I’ve ever met, he was also very professional, attentive, and just plain nice. He helped my husband and I find a great first home.
