MARKETING SPECIALIST
I have decades of work experience in the customer service and administration areas. For the first 15 years of my career I gained valuable experience in the service industry by promoting up in the Life & Health Insurance industry. Where I managed a team of 14 employees working to service our individual health insurance clients. Worked to develop Standards and Procedures for the Teams processing client policies while incorporating the legislative ruling by territory.
I also worked with our ancillary products for Long Term Care, Dental & Life Insurance sales team. When our family expanded, I moved into a professional part time capacity. Working with employers in the Milwaukee metropolitan area to create and provide Flexible Benefit packages for their employees. This position required me to become a licensed Life & Health Insurance Fiduciary (Agent). I was able to utilize my license and build a small client base as I worked in various positions as an Agent’s assistant. Although I greatly enjoyed my corporate careers in 1999 our love of family & need to be available for our young children at home warranted me taking on a new adventure. I Became a small business owner of C.S Cleaning service, which became a great success, a flexible career choice, has provided great networking connections and income for over 21 years.
In 2012 I decided to add an additional small business to our Family. After many years with an artistic interest in photography it materialized into Sea J Photography. Early in my photography career, I had the privilege of joining several other talented women in creative collaboration of a teenager’s magazine called OMGirls. Where I sought to shine a light on the efforts of young woman doing amazing things in the world in the magazine content. I captured photos to tell their stories and wrote some of the articles. It was a wonderful creative outlet and learning experience. In addition, I have worked with many individuals, families & their pets, & businesses to capture memories they will cherish for a lifetime.
I mentioned my love of family in the paragraph’s above. I have to say that life’s greatest accomplishment for me came in unexpected ways in 2014-2019 when my Mom “Faith” was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. From 2017 to her passing in August of 2019 that choice I made in 1999 to take steps for flexibility for my family became a tremendous blessing, as I was able to assist my Mom with daily care for the remaining 2 years of her life here with us. It was the most challenging chapter with the greatest reward. So as I sought to re-enter the corporate world I was looking for compassionate, humble, positive, motivated, people oriented individuals to work beside. I have found just that in joining the talents of The Wisconsin Real Estate Group. I look forward to contributing to the Group and learning from the Wisconsin Real Estate Group.
